- Services Preparation of Studies, Design, EIA and Tender Documents (for all project components) as follows: - Review all the available engineering reports, data and documents pertaining to the project. - Identify, evaluate and recommend alternatives for wastewater collection in the project’s area. - For the recommended schemes, prepare a feasibility analysis of the project to meet wastewater needs and demands for the project area, up to year 2040, based on updated population estimates and projected needs and demand. - Perform a comprehensive environmental impact assessment. - Final engineering drawings, final design report, BOQs, specifications and tender documents for the construction of works to be sub-divided into contracts.

Liwa Al-Taibeh wastewater project aims at serving the needs of Liwa Al-Taibeh areas through Collection, Treatment & Effluent Reuse, up to the year 2040. The project consists of GRP and HDPE networks of 200 km length, 200 – 700 mm diameters, in addition to 6 lifting stations and a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and the transmission line. The works was divided into five packages as follows:
- Package 1: Treatment plant of 6750 m3/ day and related utilities including precipitation basins, biological treatment and UV sterilization tanks and tubs, sludge condensing and treatment tanks service and maintenance buildings, control panels, as well as, all electrical works and SCADA systems
- Package 2: Wastewater networks at multiple locations north of Taibeh of 53 km length.
- Package 3: Wastewater networks at the southern and eastern Taibeh and Deir Sa’neh of 45 km length
- Package 4: Wastewater networks northern and western Samma and Makhraba villages of 33 km length
