The project aimed at developing the Wadi Araba areas and exploiting the natural resources to create an environment suitable for population groups in remote areas, improving the living conditions and creating new investment and job opportunities to relieve pressure on major cities.   The project consisted of 5 separate irrigation projects in North Rahmeh, AL-Resheh, Wadi Mousa, Fedan and Finan stream. The projects are designed to irrigate an area of about 2400 donum of agricultural lands in different parts of Wadi Araba which will be irrigated using groundwater wells (of which drilling works been supervised).
