Infrastructure project of JEA housing at Umm Batma - Safout, located on plot No. 26 Basin No. (1) of 216 donum total site area, the plot will be sorted into 275 residential and commercial, in addition to a mosque and a community building. The project works included the following elements:

• Water network and domestic connections of polyethylene pipes and ductile pipes
• Sewage network of cement pipes and ductile pipes for household connections
• Streets and parking areas with a total area of ​​8, 300 m² in addition to the work of sidewalks.
• Concrete corridors with a total area of ​​1, 450 m².
• Site works (removing obstacles and rubble, cleaning and retaining walls).
