Saraya Aqaba Resort is one of the largest urban and tourism development projects in Jordan, located on the western shores of the Gulf of Aqaba on an area of 617,000 m².   Saraya features four 5-star hotels and two boutique hotels, amphitheatre, offices and conventional centre, retail shops and restaurants, as well as grand villas and duplex villas, residential complexes, townhouses, water park, and a beach club, sports complex, of total 484,262 m² built up area, spread around a 1.5 km length manmade lagoon.   Works also included infrastructure networks for all zones.
