The scope of work included supervising the rehabilitation of irrigation network in Al-Qarn area in the north of the Deir Ala and Thohret Al Ramel in the southern Deir Alla. The scope of work included modernization the irrigation system in the Zarqa Basin:

1. Updating all the project components and the installation of feeding units to supply the farms in the area with irrigation water (F.T.A)
2. Updating tool, switches and distribution network accessories fed from pumping stations
3. Update the main water meter
4. Updating the pumping station
5. Rehabilitation and maintenance of the Directorate of the Al Aghwar Al wosta
