The project -located at the centre of Amman on a plot of approximately 25 donum area- was built with a vision to become a revived node of transportation and a focal point of touristic movement in the capital,  encompassing a commercial centre,  and consists of two levels along the main street with an approximate built up area of 8,000 m2 The upper level of the Terminal building contains shops, restaurants and a visitor’s centre and can be reached through a number of carefully distributed public stairways. The lower –ground- level accommodates the buses parking and landscaped vehicles circulation paths, as well as a mosque, and it is connected with the upper level by a large stair.
