The Prince Hamzeh hospital consists of 10 floors and basements with total built up area of 57,600 m²  and a capacity of 500 beds subject to future expansion.   In addition to the main hospital building, the project works included:

• Nurses accommodation building which consists of 4 floors and a total area of 2,965 m² with a capacity of (102) beds, expandable to (135) beds.
• Infrastructure works including water, storm water drainage, and waste water networks, electromechanical and communication works

External works over a total area of 30,000 m2 including the  fences., the helipad, three main gates, yards, internal roads network with a total length of 2.2 km Water tank with a capacity of 4,000 m³, and (450) cars parking with a total area of 15, 600 m²
