Ma’an Park is located on a plot of 21,650 m² area and comprised of the following components:

• Buildings works of total built up area of 645 m2 including administration building which contains a small electronic library in addition to the necessary administrative services, public bathroom buildings, kiosks, guard rooms and electric service rooms.
• Landscape and External works including Garden areas’ walkways, cycling arcade and children's playing and setting areas, Football stadium, a basketball stadium, The plaza area, which is considered the most important landmark of the park as a recreational social space for special events, courtyards, fences, and car parking areas

Green design standards were applied, in addition to the use of photovoltaic cells to generate electricity and nature-friendly materials as well as selecting trees and plant of minimum water consumption.
