The project is part of the Rule of Law Program (ROLP) plan to improve the capacity of Institute of Public Administration (IPA) to become premier public sector training and development service provider in Jordan and the Middle East. Works include all renovation works of the building, which consists of 6 floors, with total built up area of 6,000 m².
