Execution of infrastructure works for the new Central northern residential district site at Aqaba, which covers a plot area of ​​approximately 274 donum, and connecting the site infrastructure with the existing surrounding networks. Works include:

• The network of internal roads, sidewalks, plazas and pathways
• Storm water drainage network
• Sewerage network of UPVC pipes, inspection rooms and household connections
• Water network of ductile and polyethylene pipes and connecting them to existing networks
• Firefighting system, fire-extinguishing and supply points according to civil defence requirements
• Implementation of the sleeves in the main streets, allowing for irrigation pipes in the future

Electrical network, including: street lighting, power supply network, distribution boxes, proposed power stations’ locations, telephone network.
