The project is located on a plot of 451 donum area. Project components included:

1. Buildings works of 15, 870 m² total built up area as follows:

• Steel structure factory of 6,440 m² built up area
• Administrative and dormitory buildings of 3,580 m² built up area
• Concrete warehouses with an area of 3, 950 m² built up area
• Logistics building with an area of 1,900 m² built up area

2. Infrastructure and external work:

• Yards and parking area over 44, 000 m²
• Roads works of approximately 5 km length
• Water and wastewater networks of total 2.5 km length

Lighting and security networks, firefighting system and all MEP services.
