The project is located in Al Rashdeye area with a total area of 159 donum. The project aims at developing the trucks yard in the Rashdeye area to accommodate at least 400 trucks with administrative buildings, facilities and logistics services, For the purpose of solving the problem of random parking and providing special accommodation for trucks. Works included the following components:
- Buildings:
- Administration building of 1,199 m2 BUA
- Clinics building of 239 m2 BUA
- Drivers’ services building of 686 m2
- Roads network as follows:
- Roads of 40 m width and 4.8 km length
- Internal roads of 3.2 km
- Water Network consisting of:
- Transmission line (ductile Iron Pipes of 4.5 km length)
- Polyethylene pipes of 8.4 km length and diameters ranging between 25-180 m
- Storm Water Drainage Network of 1.93 km length and a box culvert of 1546 m length
