The project consisted of constructing new road, water, wastewater and irrigation networks as follows:

• Road: construction of 2.5 km road, 9 m wide and two roundabouts as well as a 7 m wide service road parallel to the main road. The works included earthworks (excavation and backfilling in compliance with the road’s design profiles and natural earth contours/elevation), layer selection, sub-layer works (including base and sub base coursing, selected layers, and sub grads) with the first layer’s thickness 20 cm and the second layer’s thickness 20 cm in addition to the asphalt layer with a thickness of 7 cm, Interlock tiles and construction of
• Sewer network: the work included supply and construction of 200 mm diameter UPVC pipes, 150 mm diameter household connection pipes and 200 mm diameter ductile pipes in addition to joints.
• Water network: the work included the supply and installation of 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm diameter ductile pipes for the main network, switches, 125 mm, 63 mm and 32 mm diameter polyethylene pipes and 44 joints.
• Irrigation network: the work included supply and construction of 125 mm, 50 mm and 32 mm polyethylene pipes.
• Rainwater drainage network, box culverts and pipes.
