The Abdali Boulevard project is located within the Abdali development area on a plot of 242,170 m².   The project consists of a Pedestrian spine of 370 meters length, and a width of 26 meters separating the blocks of buildings divided into three mixed use blocks (A, B & C) each of 6-8 floors height.  All blocks share four basement floors for car parking to accommodate 1,726 cars.   The purposes of the buildings included commercial uses, offices and hotel apartments, while the roofs were dedicated for restaurants, swimming pools, and gyms.
