The Project is located in Al Froosh area along the Festival Road at around 22 km north-west Doha, Qatar. The development spreads over 400,000 m2 plot and is intended to serve as multifunctional entity comprising of several components of approximately 550,000 m2 total built-up area, including Residential Buildings, Commercial Buildings including traditional shops and cratfs, Administration Buildings, Police station, Fire station, Healthcare Buildings (Polyclinic, Emergency Centre), Educational Buildings Cultural Buildings including a Cultural Center, Art Center, Library, Theatre, Exhibition Center, Traditional Turkish Bath and SPA, Sports / Fitness center, A Mosque and Prayer Rooms, 5 Boutique hotels, Car parking to serve the complex Logistics area including Services Yards, Dry / Cold Stores (For fresh products coming constantly from Turkey), Workshops etc., Utility Hub / Service Compound: Electrical Substations, District Cooling, Water tanks, Traditional Turkish gardens, fountains and Open plazas, Outdoor recreational areas, and Children facilities.
