Salt industrial Estate is located at ​​Balqa Governorate on a plot of 470 donum. The Project included the following components:

• Site planning and dividing the land into industrial plots of minimum 5 donum area each.
• Road networks including Main internal roads of 1 km length and of 30 m width, and Secondary internal roads and service routes of 4 km length and 18 m width.
• Infrastructure networks including water network, sewage network, electricity, communications, storm water networks, firefighting networks and a treatment plant.
• Buildings of 1,100 m2 built up area including an administrative two-storey building, and a service complex.
• External works including the main gate, retaining walls and external fence.

Prefabricated (pre-cast) concrete industrial buildings of 10,300 m² prototype area (total 14 units, 4 prototypes)
