The scope of work for this project comprised supervising the construction of a two-lane, 5.2 km long cargo road with a 3 m wide shoulder per lane. The work included earthworks (including excavation and backfilling in accordance with road-design profiles and natural contours/elevation), pavement mix, base and sub-base coursing, placing traffic signals, painting road markings, and storm water drainage.
