Rehabilitation of the three commercial areas at Aqaba city (Zahran Street, Humaimah Street, and Petra Street) and constructing multi-story car parking at each commercial area with total built up area 12,000 m² to decrease the traffic gam. The project plot area covers over 40,000 m².   The concept design included shops, commercial components and offices preliminarily; however due to project budget alteration- the Client decided to change the project buildings use to car parking only.
