Routine periodic, preventive and emergency maintenance works for the Amman – Irbid starting from Sweileh bridge to Ramtha intersection in addition to the road connecting Nua’mah intersection to Jordan Street and Jerash southern exit. The maintenance works also included the following bridges (Al-Mastaba Bridge, Nuaima Bridge, Salhoub Bridge, Al-Baq’a Bridge, Ain Al-Basha Bridge, Jerash Bridge/ the southern entrance, Al-Ramtha Bridge, Seil Jerash Bridge/ Seil Al-Zarqa Bridge). Works included:

• Asphalt surface, road hard shoulders, ditches, trenches, median islands and side slopes maintenance works.
• Cleaning and maintenance works of water facilities and concrete bridges.
• Maintenance and cleaning works for the traffic safety elements.
• New traffic signs and pillars works.
• Road marking and ground reflector works.
• Metal protective barriers.
• Injection of asphalt cracks and asphalt patches & nuts works.
• Abrasion works of the worn asphalt mix layer.
• Hot asphalt mixtures works.
• Final and adhesive layers works.
• Concrete walls works.
