The project is located on the borders of Al Hassan Industrial City in Irbid Governorate with an area of 230 dunums. The works included  the following:

1. Master planning the land plot and zoning the site into industrial plots for different uses to meet investors’ needs.
2. Studying and designing industrial plots of various areas with a minimum of 2.5 donum’ area per plot, where the project site is divided into different depth sections to provide the requirements of different industries, and connecting all land plots to all infrastructure and transportation services
3. Study and design of roads network of 1.8 km length and site circulation and traffic flow.
4. Study and design of infrastructure networks – in compliance with local regulations and requirements- as follows:

• Water network summing up a total of 2.1 km length
• Sewage network of 1.5 km length
• Street lighting,
• Electricity and Telecommunications network,
• Firefighting network
• Conducting a hydrological study and designing the storm water drainage network and components including a reservoir of 1000 m3 capacity, a pumping station and a box culvert
• Designing two lifting stations and connecting them to the sewage network
