The Andalusia development is located at Al-Zaytonah area- Madaba, on a plot of 800 donum, and includes 588 villas featureing 109,000 m² total built up area over 10 prototypes. This project’s works included finishing works of 288 villas over two phases. All villas are of two floors with an area ranging from 300 - 700 m², whereas the four elevations of each villa are built up of Jordan natural stone and villas roofs are covered with Italian clay bricks.
